Dr. Jennifer Enos is a general Dentist and Co-Founder of Dental Arts of Chandler, where she’s served patients in the Phoenix area for over 20 years. A past president of the Arizona Dental Association and one of Phoenix Magazine’s Top Dentists, Dr. Enos built a thriving practice focused on personalized, high-quality dental care. The Challenge: From Clinical Expertise to Leadership Growth
“I think what really sticks out is how much I didn’t know when I started,” Dr. Enos reflects. Like most dentists, she spent years mastering the clinical side of dentistry but received little training in running a business or leading a team.
She explains, “We spend four years in dental school learning dentistry, which is hard enough, and there’s enough to learn with that. And then we buy these practices with very little business knowledge and very little leadership knowledge.”
The pandemic made these challenges unavoidable. “I started working with Ken right after COVID. I mean, anybody that was in business at that time knows the difficulty, especially with employees, and just all the changes that happened with COVID and running a business,” she says.
