Philosophy

The new-tough leader is one that believes in investing personally in people, creating a safe environment for every team member to be themselves, and embraces a community of achievement through concern, caring and candor.

Coaching is an interactive process of self-discovery, objective perspective, and advocacy that, when done well, helps improve self-awareness, realizes untapped potential, and fosters the safe/vlnerable/innovative environment enjoyed by the most successful teams. It is a ‘compounding effect’ of continuously improving habits.

Transformation Power Hour

In advance of the appointment, you will take the Talent Dynamics Profile for Leaders (Wealth Dynamics for Entrepreneurs) to discover which of the eight wealth profiles is your natural path. Your personalized report will give you clear direction on what path to follow in your job, business and investments. Why make things hard work when you can follow your flow?

  • Get clarity on what advice to take, what to leave, what opportunities to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to.
  • Follow the right role models for your type. Oprah created wealth very differently than Warren Buffet.
  • Understand your clients, your family and build world class teams that work in flow.
  • Learn when your winning formula becomes a losing formula through the cycle of time.

We begin our hour together debriefing the 30+ page report, what it means for you, and what direction it provides to capitalize on your natural talents (that also bring you joy and success).

The remainder of the time will be used to create a customized action plan reflecting a pathway for your business (and personal) development.

Approximately two-weeks afterward, we will have a 30-minute follow-up to discuss any open items from our Power Hour.

You are sure to leave The Power Hour with new, keen insight into ‘why’ you have enjoyed success at times and ‘why’ you’ve struggled other times. This single hour can bring you clarity that you’ve not experienced in other sessions.

You will receive the Talent/Wealth Dynamics report, my report of our session including insights, and a report during our follow-up meeting.

Included is the report, the hour coaching session, and one follow-up session; if you choose to move forward with any coaching package, you can apply your Transformation Power Hour fee to that package.

Personal Executive Coaching

As part of the discovery process, we will discuss your personal vision of leadership and your self-identified focus items. Additionally, you will take the Talent Dynamics assessment, which we will use to uncover your personal ‘flow-state’, relate it to your relationship with team members (in each reporting direction) and sync the information with any previous assessments (i.e. DiSC, Strengths Finder, EQ-i, etc.).

Three dimensions of focus:

  • Build a vision around your self-identified leadership brand that inspires you, reflects your strengths, and connects more effectively to your team by following the New-Tough Leader philosophy. This will include the Talent Dynamics profile and debrief during the initial stage of our engagement.
  • Create an action plan with metrics you choose supported by communication, technology, conversation, and observation.
  • Implement actions, assess success, and adjust for Vision and Culture fit as you continue to customize and grow into a new habit pattern with repeatable / predictable outcomes independent of changing business cycles.

Our weekly coaching session will consist of working through your customized action plan reflecting a pathway for your business (and personal) development.

You will receive the Talent/Wealth Dynamics report, my weekly report of our session including insights, and other items as your action plan requires or as you request.

Included is the Talent Dynamics report, a weekly hour coaching session, unlimited check-ins (10 min call  / text / email) as a customized experience designed to move you and your business forward. 

Time: 1.5 hrs/week (coaching + action items)

Packages are month-to-month, six months, and one year.

 

Team Effectiveness Coaching

In addition to the preparation and process in Personal Executive Coaching, I will meet with each member of your team to assess their perceptions of your leadership (i.e. directs, peers, etc). This consists of two elements. First, we will develop a slate of questions that will be asked of each team member to establish a benchmark. Second, each reporting team member will take the Talent Dynamics assessment.

  • The team will receive a group debrief of Talent Dynamics.
  • The leader will receive a composite of their teams’ Talent Dynamics to show composite strength in each dimension.
  • In addition to the cadence of regular weekly meetings with the leader, a bi-monthly call will be hosted for the team to receive feedback, debrief their perception of changes, and engage in Q&A.

We begin our first session together debriefing your Talent Dynamics report, what it means for you, and what direction it provides to capitalize on your natural talents (that also bring you joy and success). Your team’s collective genius (the composite graph) will play a significant role in the work we do to elevate your leadership and the entire team along with it.

Our weekly coaching session will consist of working through your customized action plan reflecting a pathway for your business (and personal) development.

You will receive the Talent/Wealth Dynamics report, my weekly report of our session including insights, and other items as your action plan requires or as you request.

Your team members will be invited to a bi-monthly group call, which will generate an additional analysis.

Included is the Talent Dynamics report for the leader and up to 10 team members ($99 for each additional team member), a weekly hour coaching session with the leader, a bi-weekly call with the team members, unlimited check-ins for the leader (10 min call  / text / email) as a customized experience designed to move you, your team and your business forward.

Time: 1.5 hrs/week + action items (leader)

Time: 2.0 hr/month + initial interview (team)

Packages are month-to-month, six months, and one year.

Keynote Address

Customized presentation to introduce, reinforce, or deliver insight to your team(s).

  • Delivered to varying sizes of attendees (direct reports, skip level, business, or company). 
  • Tailored to sync with work we’ve done together in a coaching engagement or as a stand alone presentation customized for you.
  • Flexible duration, format and content.
  • Can be coordinated with online coursework or workshops.

A presentation customized to your team, presented with enthusiasm, and tailor-made with the intention of moving toward a specific goal.

Includes Q&A (if you like) and also meeting with breakout sessions.

Time: 1 hr/week  as needed to strategize.

Negotiated fee + travel expenses.
